kisahnya bermula few few weeks ago when shirin posted something on her fb account. it was a job opportunity.. working for LIMA in langkawi. at first, i wasn't that interested but then danny informed that most of my malacca buddies pun join gak. so there i was, went thru few interview sessions and finally i got the gig.
26th nov 09the first day of the 8-days job. we had to gatther in wangsa maju, infront of HW Lima's office. i got there quite early. dari jauh dah nampak rempit and the geng. as i were lighting my ciggy, fina, fo n faidhi arrived..soon after, all the people had arrived to the scene. wah! then all of the sudden, aku nmpak senior2 advertising aku, lan..ayie.. and few other familiar faces. fuck! diorg ade gak ke..segan dowh. but then, aku wat bodoh je la. by this time, the intimidation has started to creep in. seeing all these people made me uncomfortable. but thank god i got some good frens to keep me entertained. thanks kak danny n kak hafiz. haah
the bus arrived soon after. it was a long 8 hours ride! naik patah buntut gua! around 5, we arrived at kuala perlis jetty and there i met my bff syafil mugshayems! and instantly i got rejuvenated! we started scanning and kutukking and laharing. by this time, i started to enjoy the trip. after the bus, we got on the ferry then another bus to our asylum. we were informed that we will be staying in Kolej Komunity and i tought, hey.. how bad could it be? serves me right.. it was bad! the room is puny, stuffed, cramped and bugs were everywhere! i wasn't being a stuck-up diva like some coughfaidhicough.. but honestly, the facilities suck! we didn't even have a water hose to cebok our shit! hahaha but hey.. i was too tired for this, got on my bed and went to sleep.

well, i thought this job would be a great opportunity for me to cut some weight as we have to walk around and all but then, it was sooo not like i was expected! the days in a row, we just sat around, chatting, playing games, eat and that's all. the only job was making phone calls to our AO's just to ensure their arrival and such. that's it. the funny thing was, the supervisor bersungguh2 reminding us 'tomorrow u got to call ur AO's and make sure everything is ok' then the next day, we immediately get the assigned job done.. it was like 5 minutes phone calls, then that's a wrap! the job for the day was settled! bapak senang kan? so we spent the rest of the working hour lepakking, main nama negeri binatang buah benda, bingo, fb and such..
1st and 2nd Dis 09the days where we had a real job to do. ok camni, LIMA is an event attended by all these big names from around the world, the ministers, chief of air force, army and such. these people were asked to visit the booths yang ada kt LIMA ni lah. but the booths ade lebih kurang 6 juta and the venue plak sebesar benua australia. so... in order to get these people visiting the booths without getting lost.. WE were hired and our job is simple, get the delegates to the booths.

i was lucky, i got chief of airforce of Singapore, brig. gen Eng Chee Meng and Dep Director Gen of Vietnam Maritime, dr nguyen ngoc hue. both of them were friendly. the singapore guy was easy to manage as he did not follow the given itenerary. biasa lah..org pangkat tinggi..dia ikot kepala dia je la. u know what, by the time sume org tengah strike a deal.. dia sedap2 gi maen golf. haha but hey, he made my job easier as i only got i delegate to handle.

so the rest of the day, i just took a stroll with the delegates from vietnam. maybe he noticed how hard i worked that day..dia bagi aku hadiah.. some sort of artsy paintings la.. hey thanks sir! :)
apart from that painting.. since aku ni peramah.. i got i big bag full or freebies from the exhibitors there! yeay! sume org jealous kan? :)
uniform bekerja.. bukan kerja sgt pun.. camwhore je tau..
jadi usher for the dinner.. dapat la wat OT.. tgk sultan brunei and pengampu2 dan pembodek2 setia..
the best thing about this job is the night life! since the working hours is 9-6.. the nights belong to us! and since this job is in langkawi.. it got even better! everynite kitorg lepak kat pantai cenang..feeling2 tourists..padahal the next morning kene pakai baju kemeja skema and pergi keje. haha
